    On September 18th 2019 a meeting was held in Stockholm, of the Polish-Swedish round table on security, with the participation of representatives of defense, foreign affairs and think tanks from Poland and Sweden. The conference was opened by the head of the National Security Bureau (BBN), Paweł Soloch, the Swedish Minister of Defence, Peter Hultqvist, the Secretary of State in the Swedish Ministry of Defence, Jan-Olof Lind, and Chargée d'affaires a.i. of the Republic of Poland in Sweden Iwona Jabłonowska.

    It was the second meeting in this formula organized by the BBN and the Swedish Ministry of Defence. The topics of the conference included issues related to the security situation in the Baltic Sea Region, European security cooperation, hybrid threats, civil defence and Swedish-Polish security cooperation. During the talks, close relations and very good cooperation between Poland and Sweden were emphasized.
