    On August 19th Chargé d’affaires a.i. of Poland Iwona Jabłonowska awarded the Bronze Cross of Merit an artist and composer Marcin Dominik Głuch for popularizing Polish music culture. She highlighted merits of the awarded for promoting Polish music among world audiences.

    Mr. Marcin Dominik Głuch is a pianist, composer, cultural anthropologist and conductor. He graduated the Music Academy in Warsaw in 1997, and then worked at the "Dansforum" Performing Arts School in Gothenburg and cooperated with the Polish Institutes in Stockholm, Prague and Rome. Mr. Marcin Dominik Głuch was a pianist of the "Rampa" Music Theater in Warsaw and the Monte Carlo Ballet in Monaco. He is a propagator of Polish piano music among Polish organizations and associations around the world.

    The ceremony gathered also director of the Polish Institute Paweł Ruszkiewicz and Head of Consular Section Maciej Zamościk.
